Using the tools

Chess Cinema Studio provides browser-based tools for creating cinematic chess content: currently Chess Cinema and Video Effects Lab. You may use them for personal and commercial content, as long as you follow the law and respect other people's rights.

Your content

You keep ownership of the games, videos and other content you create. You are responsible for having the right to use any material you bring into the tools.

Early-stage software

The tools are new and under active development. They are provided "as is", without warranties, and features may change or break. Please keep your own backups of anything important.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the tools.

Changes

We may update these terms as the project grows. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
